Soldiers on post at Aberdeen Proving Ground can now launch their black berets and replace the CAP U.S. Army patrol once commonly used.

Last week, the army announced changes to the official uniform of the army, one of which was bringing the patrol cap, a camouflage hat with a short edge.

Policy changes are consistent supposedly a direct result of the entry soldier. And from what I heard from my friends the Army, is a good thing.

They believe that their complaints were heard and changes have been implemented, although it took nearly 10 years.
