How to clean/wash cloth belts?

Q: I usually wear a belt with my jeans. My belts are made of cloth and are dirty and stained with blue by the jeans. Is there a way of cleaning them? I'm afraid of throwing them in the washing machine due to the metal buckle, although not large. Thanks!

A: Hi.

I don't think throwing them in the washer is the greatest idea. I'd suggest hand washing them in a bucket of warm water with a stain-removing detergent, and using a sponge to scrub the stains from the jeans.

soak them in a bucket of hot water with some washing powder let them sit for a day or two give them a scrub and rinse

This is an extremely well-designed and well-built sander. I have used many sanders and been disappointed by poor design and bad belt-changing clamping systems.
