Construction workers in Boston are going back to work. After years in limbo, a massive construction project broke new ground this week on the waterfront of the city.
The developer says it's the largest ongoing private sector projects of construction in the country. Many see the Fan Pier development as a positive sign for the economy.

As the row of white-collar ready to dump their shovels of sand, technicians prepared confetti guns and smoke machines.
