What is the best way to print a design on a Trucker Cap/Hat with a professional look, no see through film etc?

Q: I have a design on my PC which I want to transfer onto a White Trucker Cap/Hat and want it to look professional, and not have a clear border around it or around the letters, just the letters itself.

A: Hmm. If you could figure out a way to iron onto the hat without distorting the design, there's printable iron-on transfer paper.

You might have better luck taking it to someone who does machine embroidery and having the design embroidered onto the hat. That would look professional, and it's easy to edit the design to be exactly the way
